Train in Snap Fitness' convenient and well equipped gym on River Road and La Cholla, the comfort of your own home, or enjoy the fresh air at your favorite park. Dangerously Fit can come to you and your trainer can show you how to enjoy the benefits of a great workout wherever you may be.

Kendo / Iaido

Kendo and Iaido class in Tucson, AZThese two complimentary Japanese sword arts form the basis for the Dangerously Fit martial arts program. Kendo is the fast paced, exciting sport of Japanese fencing. Iaido is a more contemplative, forms based martial art that involves drawing the sword, cutting, and sheathing in an effective, efficient manner while cultivating a strong spirt, and a firm mind-body connection.

The Dangerously Fit martial arts program currently meets Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm and Saturday mornings at 9am at Children’s Memorial Park. We meet near the basketball courts. If you are interested in learning the Japanese sword, but would be interested in other class times, please let us know. We want to provide a class schedule that satisfies your needs.

Classes are $99 per month or $149 for a 10 class punch card. Your first month or first punch card includes a wooden practice sword.

Xtreme 30 - 30 Minute Strength and Conditioning Class

Perfect for those with busy schedules, this full body functional weight lifting class gets you in and out of the gym in time to keep up with the rest of your day. $40 for an 8 class punch card, and no gym membership requirement makes this a flexible and affordable way to stay in shape.

Classes are led by A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Specialist, Mel T. at Snap Fitness on River Rd. and La Cholla. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday at 7am and 6pm. Contact us today for YOUR punch card!

Free Fitness Boot Camp

A free fitness boot camp is held Saturday mornings at 8am at Childrens' Memorial Park, located along the Rillito River between Flowing Wells and Oracle Roads. This boot camp is one hour long and consists of warm up, cardiovascular and strength training, stretching and cool down.
