    I like these and use them almost every day because they are fun. I actually gave two to a friend of mine and bought me another pair.

    I currently use the adjustable mace and club made of Bamboo as well.

    This Mace is tremendous. It’s better than the Rogue adjustable mace because it has a longer collar so it can fit more plates. This Mace goes from 7LBs to about 66 LBS easily with small Fractional plates / DB plates. If you’re just starting out you will never need to buy any other mace in your life and this will save you thousands of dollars. Great investment, & the customer service team is remarkable. Highly recommended. This is also not just for swinging but for martial arts training and many many workouts. You won’t regret experimenting with this tool.

    This Club is fantastic. Best adjustable club on the market. I like it more than the rogue adjustable club which is double the price and cannot fit nearly as much weight. I’ve gotten 64 LBS on this bad boy and could probably fit more if they make a plate with a big enough indent for the base of the collar. I like it so much I got a second one so I can do double shields with any weight that I’m currently capable of swinging or will ever be able to in the future. Also great service.
