    I love these clubs. Very clean look, balanced, and just fun to use. I have several other more expensive wooden and steel clubs, I make sure to use these in all my workouts. Highly recommend them and eagerly awaiting the 9’lbs version if they decide to make them.

    Very useful for shoulder work. I deal with previous rotator cuff surgery and currently have arthritis on both sides. (70+ years old, lots of mileage). Simple exercises help both mobility and strengthening. Well made product, well worth it.

    Absolutely love the clubs! Yes, these bamboo clubs are very well made, and so much larger, almost comically, as compared to my well used pairs of oak / maple Indian clubs that I have in one, two, three and five pounders. These six pounders do however swing very nicely once you get used to them, and will most definitely have a place in my collection. I consider them sort of in between where my smaller Indian clubs end and my heavier steel clubs and wood mugdhars begin…
