History | Heavy clubs have been a training tool for thousands of years dating back to ancient Persia. Warriors would train with a heavy club to develop strong shoulders and a powerful grip required for swinging heavy weapons in battle. In recent years the club has made a comeback, especially with athletes that require superior circular shoulder strength, grip strength and rotational core strength. |

Just what I was looking for. Very happy with this club

Having a great time using both club and mace. What made me purchase the mace was that it was 7lbs which is a nice in between the two clubs (5lb &10lb) I ordered. The grip on the mace is excellent.

Great club! Easy to handle and just the right weight.

Dangerously Fit clubs are without question the best on the market. We are on the verge of an Indian club revolution and I encourage all my students to purchase their clubs from Dangerously Fit. A lot of students are searching on Amazon and buying other products which are less than impressive. If you’re gonna go with the best, I would definitely choose Dangerously Fit.

Loving the clubs. Great workouts that hit a lot of muscles quickly.

ONLY INCLUDES ONE CLUB – The build quality is excellent, but I felt the marketing was a little misleading, clubs are used and shown in marketing materials exclusively in pairs, and yet the price is per single club and you will need to intentionally order two. These are overengineered and expensive for a home gym user and would better suit a professional gym purchaser where cost is no barrier. Additionally, the two kilogram model is VERY light and I’d recommend started with the four kilogram model.

Thanks for the kind words about the quality of our clubs, much appreciated! Just to clarify, this product is a steel club, which can be used as a single tool… or doubled up if you want to progress (just like kettlebells). They’re sold individually, as noted on the listing. All of the images on the product page feature a single club, and we don’t mention a “pair” anywhere on the page. You definitely don’t need to order two, most of my heavy club training is done with just one. You might be thinking of Indian Clubs, which are almost always sold in pairs and used for a different style of training altogether. Appreciate the feedback on the 2kg (5lb) too, we usually recommend that size for female beginners. Most males should start with the 4kg (10lb) club. Thanks again for your support!
